Admissions Process & Application Forms

Applicants should fill out both the Supplemental AND the East Bank Collaborative Shared Application.  If you have already completed the Shared application for another school, make a copy and turn it in with a Audubon's Supplemental Application to the Admissions Office.  Applications should be brought to the Carrollton Campus, located at 719 S. Carrollton Avenue, Monday - Thursday, between 9am and 2pm and on Fridays between 9am and 1pm.

Audubon Charter School's application process will begin Monday, October 10, 2011; the last day to submit applications is Wednesday, February 15, 2012.  Audubon has two programs - The French School and the Montessori School.  Applicants must select one program.

                             The French School has grades Pre-K 3 through 8th grade

                                The Montessori School has Pre-K 3 through 8th grade

Audubon Charter School will accept the East Bank Collaborative's Shared Application.  Applicants must also complete Audubon's Supplemental Application.  Applications should be brought to the Admissions Office located on our Carrollton Campus, 719 S. Carrollton Avenue, between 9am and 2pm Monday - Thursday.  We do not accepted faxed applications.  The last day to submit applications is Wednesday, February 15th at 2:00 p.m.

Applicants applying for 3rd - 8th grade are required to submit the most recent IOWA or iLEAP Norm Referenced Test (NRT) test scores.  Students who do not have scores are required to test; a testing

appointment will be given at the time a completed application is submitted.
