Shawn Barney is the President of CLB Porter, LLC New Orleans, a real estate development and institutional financial advisory firm specializing in public, private and non-profit partnerships.  In this capacity, Shawn has worked with and advised such groups as the New Orleans Building Corporation, the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, and Providence Community Housing, an affiliate of Catholic Charities and the Archdiocese of New Orleans. 

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Howard University, Washington, DC, where he was Student Body President.  He has also served as a National Urban League Trustee and served on Mayor Ray Nagin’s Transition Committee for Canal Street Redevelopment.
