Laura Watts is a Senior Vice President in Capital One, N.A.'s, Commercial Banking Segment - Debt Capital Markets Division. She has over 11 years of experience in international, corporate, and middle market banking. She is an active member of the Risk Management Association and the French American Chamber of Commerce Louisiana Chapter.

She is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara (Political Science) and has a Master's degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public affairs.

Laura has both studied and worked in France and is fluent in French. She has three children, all of whom attend Audubon Charter School. She is married to Richard Watts, the Executive Director of the Center for International Studies and a professor of French at Tulane University. Dr. Watts also serves on the Conseil d'Ecole at Audubon Charter School.

Laura serves as chairman of the Budget Committee.
