Wynn Seemann has been a Montessori teacher and administrator for over thirty years. She earned a graduate degree in Speech Pathology with Teacher Certification from Southern Methodist University and received her Montessori Teacher Certification from the American Montessori Association in 1978.

As a master teacher, Wynn taught Philosophy in an American Montessori Association teacher training program in New Orleans for 10 years. As a classroom teacher, Wynn taught in two Montessori schools in Texas before moving to New Orleans where she co founded Uptown Montessori School with Martha Kabacoff.

From 1986 to 1991, Wynn founded and directed a Montessori School for a Presbyterian Church in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. As the school leader, she reported to a board of trustees. Wynn also served on the board of Coast Episcopal School in Pass Christian, Mississippi for ten years, chairing the education committee for seven years.

As a former school leader and board member, Wynn brings extensive experience in independent school governance to Audubon Charter School.
