Springfest

Springfest is our largest function of the year.  We have food, entertainment (by our kids), midway games, and talent shows.  Plus crafts for sale and much, much more...

 Help is really needed in organizing our food service.  Any one who has attended Springfest and has suggestions we are all for hearing them.

  •  Solicitation of Food Donations and Bake Sale Items •  Food Setup and Service •  Silent Auction Setup – Solicitation of Donations •   Baskets for Auction   •  Send thank you notes to donors   •   
  •   Prize Room - Setup and Donations  •   Games Setup – Games Volunteer Coordinator  •  Entertainment Coordinator – Stage, Space Walk Setup   •  Donate and/or stuff Confetti Eggs
