Fall Fete Committees and Contact Information
The Fall Fete will be held Saturday, November 14, 2009. “We Are Audubon!” We wish to express the diversity and rich cultures of our families at Audubon Charter School and plan to do this with food, music and activities representing North America, Mexico, Middle East, India, Asia, East Africa, South America, Italy and France. We have about eight weeks to plan this event and would like to have weekly meeting with Committee Chairs as needed. But we need your help! We need five more Committee Chairs and volunteers to staff committees. Please e-mail Jean or Jennifer to be a Committee Chair, volunteer to be on a committee, run a Food or Activity Booth, or share any ideas you may have. You can also e-mail the Committee Chairs below. Graphics NEED Committee Chair
Publicity
Description: Design/Publicity – Help design logo for T-shirts, brochures, signs (French and English translation). Publicize in papers, gambit, radio ads, etc.
Logistics NEED Committee Chair
Description: A site plan has already been designed. We need someone to help arrange security, communications, street closure, electrical needs and coordinate signed-up volunteers for set-up, take down and clean up as per
the site plan.
Tents, Tables Miriam Maxwell

Description: A site plan has already been designed. Miriam has volunteered to coordinate with the Logistics chair and help acquire tents, tables and chairs as per site plan and coordinate volunteers for set-up and take down.
Volunteer Tracy Cameron

Description: Tracy has volunteered to run the volunteer sign up registration site, and help make sure we have volunteers as needed.
Ticket NEED Committee Chair

Description: Set up of Point of Sales for cash and credit card, run pre-sale of tickets and wristbands, make ticket collection boxes and help set prices.
Food & Linda Baynam
Drink
Description: Linda has volunteered to solicit volunteers to run Food Booths (Food Booth Chairs), help plan menus, solicit donations from restaurants, paper products and help set prices. On the day of the event, she will help monitor food booths and help Booth Chairs.
Music & Stephanie Adler
Entertainment
Description: Stephanie has volunteered to help secure bands and entertainment, schedule performances, solicit volunteers to help stage/band members and have events run smoothly (band handlers!), ensure necessary equipment available, stage signs and help design/publish print list of bands and times. After event, send thank you notes to entertainment for donating their time.
Inflatables Alida Brimmer
Description: Alida has volunteered to help solicit donations of inflatables, help select bouncies and slides for multi- age children, and coordinate volunteers to help run the inflatables, help with pricing and coordinate with Ticket Chair for pre-sales of tickets and wristbands
Activity Jessamyn Cameron
Booths
Description: Solicit volunteers to run Activity Booths (Confetti Eggs and Crazy Hat already have Activity Booth Chairs), help set prices and day of the event help monitor activity booths.
Product NEED Committee Chair
Booths
Description: Solicit volunteers to run Product Booths (“Audubon Gear” already has a Chair), help set prices and day of the event help monitor product booths. The possible product booths may be a Raffle Table, Cake Table or Art Table.
